Christmas Cake

It is a Christmas cake baking kind of day

[melting half a pound of butter with christmas fruit, in two big pots]

[mixing in the flour and spices]

[cake in the tin with baking paper, brown paper, so it does not cook too quickly]

“It’s fudge with sugar and flour”
