After going to @Auckartgal to see Toi Tu Toi Ora on Auckland Anniversary weekend https://aucklandartgallery.com/whats-on/exhibition/toi-tu-toi-ora-contemporary-maori-art I was inspired to try some other pictures, they only turned out ok. It’s the detail that makes Ena Te Papatahi so special, so an approximation is only ok.

Te Aho-o-te-Rangi Wharepu sat for a few portraits by Goldie, this is “All `E Same T’e Pakeha” http://collection.dunedin.art.museum/search.do?view=detail&page=1&id=38046&db=object and again, it’s only ok as an interpretation
